Limited-time Sprint deal: unlimited talk, text and data for just $25/month
Mobile network operator Sprint has brought back one of its best offers. Switch to its current Unlimited Kickstart deal and you can get unlimited talk, text and data for just $25/month . That’s an unbelievably cheap smartphone deal . But it’s a limited-time offer – it ends July 18, 2019 – so don’t wait too long to take advantage of it.

Sprint is the nation’s fourth largest carrier. There’s no annual contract with the Unlimited Kickstart deal – which is only available online – and you can either bring your existing phone with you if it’s unlocked, or buy one of the best smartphones around to use on Sprint, if you’re ready for a new model. In fact, Sprint will throw in a $100 Prepaid MasterCard if you buy one of its eligible cell phones outright.
Bear in mind that despite the ‘Unlimited’ name of the plan, there are, in fact, some limits. Video streams are standard definition and capped at 480p, music streams at 500 Kbps, and gaming at 2 Mbps. Calls are also only unlimited within the US, as you’d expect.
More problematic for some will be the fact that you can’t use your device as a mobile hotspot (there’s no shareable data). And data deprioritization may occur during times of network congestion.
Nevertheless, if you’re after a ridiculously cheap deal – for a second phone, say, or a child’s device – the $25/month Unlimited Kinckstart deal is going to be tough to beat.
Alternatively, Sprint’s Basic Unlimited Plan might be worth looking at if a mobile hotspot, or extras such as a free Hulu account, are important to you. There’s a deal on that at the moment, too.

It’s more expensive than the Unlimited Kickstart plan for one line ($60), but once you start looking at four lines, the Basic Unlimited Plan currently costs the same as the Unlimited Kickstart plan ($100/month). And if you get five lines, it’s cheaper ($100/month again, verses $125/month for five lines on the Unlimited Kickstart deal). Those are promotional prices though – the Basic Unlimited deal will run until 30 June.
